Shipping is via Deutsche Post/DHL. 

 

Delivery Time 

Delivery will take place within the specified delivery time, starting on the day of order confirmation. Delivery times can be found in the respective product descriptions. The delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time. 

Please note that no production or delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays. 

 

Production Time 

Production times are working days (Monday-Friday), no production takes place on Sundays and public holidays, as well as during specified holiday periods (see our website for details). 

 

Delays 

Delays in production times and postal delivery times are possible due to high order volumes.
